I currently offer a Flat-Rate deal for residents of the Mainlands. The charge is $125.00 for Once-A-Year Pest Control. Fleas/Ticks and German Roaches may incur an additional cost due to the extra complexity of such infestations.
PAYMENTS
Payment in full at time of service is much appreciated, but if your circumstances do not allow, you may opt to pay in installments as follows:
2 payments of $62.50 each (or $63/ $62)

ONCE-A-YEAR Service - Make monthly sprayings a thing of the past!
Once-A-Year service is currently the industry standard for providing structural pest control. In the past, the standard was to come every month and spray smelly pesticides throughout the inside of your home.
Today, the standard approach is to apply the bulk of the pesticides used on the outside of the structure (it makes sense to keep the bugs from getting all the way inside in the first place!) This keeps the chemicals to be used on the inside to a minimum. Materials used will be safe and odorless and placed in out-of the-way places, where your children and pets can't get to them. You and your family can remain safe and comfortable inside the home during treatment.
GUARANTEE: Once-A-Year serivce is guaranteed for a full year. It is a thorough inside and outside treatment combination done once each year. If you have any bug problems during the year, I am always "on call" for you. I come back and take care of the problem - at no extra charge, and no limit to the number of visits.
